Responsibilities
- Onboarding: Take required trainings to gain access to content production tools (HIPAA, Data Privacy, etc.)
- Learn how to use content management system Sharepoint
- Participate in content editor training for system
- Production: Working with team, publish content in Sharepoint system as needed (overflow coverage)
- Migration: Assist with content verification
- Note any issues with content, fix minor issues, escalate larger issues to team lead
- Continue verification work through site launch and post-implementation (as needed) Help team bring
- Sharepoint site up to current (content freeze updates)
- Help team archive asset libraries, as needed
- Post-migration: Complete any outstanding verification/freeze update work, as assigned
- Update/revise migrated content pages, as assigned
- Other duties as needed/assigned
- Editing skills
- Experience working with content management systems (Sharepoint a plus)
- HTML experience
- Experience or knowledge of QA processes
- Experience working with collaboration tools (Teams, Sharepoint, etc.)
- Ability to spot potential design/functionality issues within websites
- Ability to clearly communicate issues/concerns
- Ability to take direction and follow instructions
- Willingness to learn new skills/technologies
- Effective time management skills in a remote working environment

Looking for a Desktop Publishing Coordinator with expert Word skills. Must be able to troubleshoot and resolve issues, create a collaborative environment and a positive team atmosphere. The candidate must be accountable for daily workflow of the desktop publishing team. Must meet deadlines and keep the publishing tasks moving forward with efficient and productive results.
